Trump's Granddaughter Seeks Expert Tips from Tiger Woods Ahead of LPGA First Appearance

Young golfer getting ready for major tournament

This young athlete has considerable social media presence

The young golfer will have multiple prominent backers when she starts her first LPGA appearance on Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who happens to be connected to Donald Trump, obtained a sponsor's invitation to compete at the Annika tournament in the Sunshine State.

The former president, an avid golfer, possesses multiple golf courses and frequently competes against his granddaughter.

"He's quite skilled. I shouldn't elaborate but we play some close matches," she mentioned.

She mentioned that her grandfather, who won't be present, counseled her: "Simply stay calm."

"My grandpa essentially told me to compete and relax," she added.

"In my eyes, he's just an ordinary family member. He can't make it for the tournament. He's busy with world affairs, so he's somewhat preoccupied."

Being non-professional, Kai has participated in only three events recently and has the 461st position in the American Junior Golf Association listings.

Yet she can seek guidance from golf legend, in a relationship with her mother.

"He represents the greatest golfer worldwide," Kai expressed.

"Furthermore, he's an even better person. He suggested me to go out there, relax, following the flow."

She'll challenge some of the biggest names in the sport at this tournament, featuring second-ranked the champion, England's Charley Hull, professional Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.

Officials commented that involving Kai exposes the sport to wider groups, specifically with younger fans.

The social media influencer boasts a massive following and just introduced her own fashion and living company.

The competition starts at 5:30 PM GMT.
